Bio Design Challenge in New York

Since its founding in 2015, BDC has worked with over 100 high schools and colleges in 29 countries. Each June, finalist teams gather at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and Parsons School of Design in New York City to present their projects to the judging panel and a public audience.

In the Service Experience Design 3 class, students explored the fascinating realm of BioDesign, blending their major expertise with a global design adventure. Their ambitious goal? To participate in the BioDesign Challenge in New York! Imagine this: students from Dongseo University's Department of Design, immersing themselves in the global design scene. They were all set to lead GELS NEWYORK BDC, where they voluntarily planned and presented their creative design ideas right in the heart of New York. It was all about igniting innovation through meticulous planning and hands-on experiences. Exciting, right?

We are sharing some highlights from the conference.
