Punyotai, also known as Louise, holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from KAIST, providing a strong educational background in Industrial design. In her roles as a Design Consultant and Director at Undernamu, a Partner Development Manager at Creket, and a Chief Design Officer at Bibimplanet, Louise successfully evaluated clients' needs, proposed design and marketing solutions, acquired early adopter users, established partnerships, led user studies, validated product-market fit, and executed branding and communication designs.

Additionally, Louise's Ph.D. research focuses on developing humanistic design tools to enable social innovators to understand marginalized users and tackle complex sustainability and social issues. Her research in applying design approaches to healthcare is well-regarded, with published papers and journal articles.
